Outline PSDs

1. Upload a PSD onto psp8. I get mine from here.

2. Create a new raster layer and move it to the bottom.

3. Fill the raster layer with the color of the outline.

4. Right click on the raster layer and chose merge>>merge visible

5. Now with the magic wand select all of the background. If you can't select all of it with one click, hold down the shift key and select the other areas.

6. Once everything is selected go to selections>>invert or press Ctrl+Shift+I. This will select the psd.

7. Now go to selections>>modify>>expand. Chose the width of your outline. I will chose 4.

8. Now press ctrl+c and ctrl+v.

9. You should now have an outlined image!!
